Exhibit Policies for Quad Cities Tea Festival

• Booth allocation and sharing:

  • Each vendor may reserve up to one booth space.

  • Booth sharing is permitted. Please contact us directly to discuss arrangements and approval.

• Exhibitor Attendance:

  • Exhibitors are required to staff their booths for the entirety of the festival.

  • Early teardown is not permitted to maintain a consistent and engaging experience for attendees.

• Display Guidelines:

  • All displays must comply with Davenport fire ordinances and safety regulations.

  • Ensure your booth setup does not obstruct visibility to adjacent booths or aisles.

  • Hanging or attaching items to walls, ceilings, or other venue structures requires prior written approval from festival management.

• Presentation Standards:

  • All booth spaces should maintain a professional, inviting appearance. Elegant black drapes and tablecloths are provided to align with the festival’s theme.

  • Vendors are encouraged to creatively showcase their products to engage attendees.

Refund Policy

• Written notification for booth cancellations must be submitted to the Quad Cities Tea Festival team by Sep 15, 2025, to qualify for a full refund.

• On or after Sep 25, 2025, no refunds will be issued, and exhibitors will forfeit 100% of their booth reservation fee.
